The Medical Assistant Diploma Program at More Tech Institute is designed to introduce students to computers and software applications used in businesses. We provide computer skills and fundamentals to prepare graduates to enter the workforce.

Students will graduate with the skills and knowledge necessary to apply and obtain an entry-level position in word-processing, computerized bookkeeping, clerical accounting, or any other position where a fundamental understanding of computers, basic accounting, databases, and spreadsheets are needed.

Computer Business Application Courses

The program will cover directory files & types of commands. The student will also learn Mathematical Concepts, Reporting Cash Control & Reporting Inventory, Payroll, Macros, Spreadsheet Analysis & Graphics.

CBA-101 - Operating Systems (120 hours)

This course introduces the fundamentals of operating systems. The course will use discussions about text editor, batch processing, types of commands, directory files, memory partitions & auto-execution modes.

An introductory course designed to enable students to learn how to enter, edit, & modify text easily & quickly using Microsoft Office Word Perfect software.
