A Better Student Services Experience
At More Tech Institute, we understand that a good education is a lot more than just courses and homework.
That’s why we offer ongoing support to help keep you focused, engaged, and thriving — both on campus and beyond.
Addressing Your Concerns
All grievances will be handled in a reasonable & fair manner. Every attempt will be made to address the grievance as expeditiously as possible.
The student must first speak to the instructor &/or the director of the school. Once the complaint has been received, the complaint will be investigated & a reasonable solution will be reached for the concerned parties.
If the student feels as if the school did not adequately address the complaint or concern, the student may consider submitting in writing to:

This includes actively gathering feedback from our students to improve our facilities, services, and other factors that will improve how we serve our students and graduates.
Student Services
Records & Transcripts
Student records & transcripts are maintained by the institution & protected against fire, vandalism & other uncertainties. An official transcript will be issued to the student upon request. Student records will be provided to potential employers only after a written request has been made by the student.
Placement Services
Upon successful completion of the program of choice, students are assisted with placement, resume building & furnished names & addresses of employment possibilities. Inquires made to the institution from potential employers will be posted on the bulletin board. More Tech Institute will assist each graduate with job placement; however, the institution does not guarantee employment; self-employment is a common vocational objective.
Criminal background checks may be required for employment and could disqualify a student from employment with certain employers. Completing a course or program in a language other than English may reduce employability where English is required.
Library & Resources
The library is offered to all enrolled students. The library provides the student with a computer with internet access and online resource materials including a collection of e-books, reference materials, professional journals & industry magazines related to the programs offered by the institution.
The institute has associated with Library and Information Resources Network (ELIRN) to provide students with millions of peer-reviewed and full-text journals, magazines, e-books, podcasts, audio, and video resources to support our academic studies.
Library hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 p.m.
